Harmony of a Hunter is an album created to mark the twenty fifth anniversary of the Metroid franchise. A vast number of people contributed to this project to celebrate and mark this historic franchise, which includes music from the original NES Metroid through Metroid: Other M for the Nintendo Wii. The album features a diverse range of talented individuals covering a variety of genres which we hope will appeal to many musical tastes. We hope that Harmony of a Hunter will be a fitting tribute to this wonderful series. |
| HARMONY OF A HUNTER EXPANSION PROJECT |
 Last updated: 6th January 2012 Due to the huge demand and popularity of Harmony of a Hunter, we are delighted to announce that we are hard at work on an expansion to the album. This gives us an opportunity to offer tracks that we didn't quite have time to fit in the first time around as well as some brand new ideas. We welcome back some artists from the previous project as well as a few new names who hope to contribute their talent in celebration of Metroid's 25th anniversary. Please note that Harmony of a Hunter: 101% run is not a brand new album, it should be considered as something additional to the existing album. We hope that 101% will complete the experience and offer some of the themes that people wanted to hear the first time around. We currently have no exact date of release, but we plan to have the album completed this year and released as a download album only, free of charge. On a side note, I would like to address the demand for physical copies of Harmony of a Hunter. We are asked several times a week by various people if there are physical copies available. We have no copies available and do not plan to print more in the future. We are pleased that the album has been given a warm reception and that it is still appreciated.
