Nintendo Famicom Music

Monday, November 11th, 2013

NCL, Nintendo’s Japanese division, has announced an album celebrating the 30 years of the Famicom – their first home console in Japan. The album features 25 high-quality 8-bit tracks, each one from a different game. Although we don’t know which song it is, Metroid has a spot on the second CD, which is dedicated to games released for the Famicom Disk System and also features music from The Legend of Zelda and Kid Icarus, amongst others.
