Thursday, October 21st, 2010

Halloween is fast approaching and 11 year-old Joseph DeRose and his dad Tony are saying no to ghosts, vampires and monsters and saying yes to a Varia Suit costume instead! Currently at the time of writing, the Arm Cannon is complete but Joseph and his dad are also creating the helmet, chest place, shoulder pads and the arms and legs to complete the full suit.

The arm cannon was put together with various electronics and lights with buttons and then spray painted to look authentic to the original Arm Cannon that Samus herself uses. You can login by pressing buttons to activate the Arm Cannon and fire plasma beams, power beams and if you hold down the buttons you can even perform a charge beam! If you login incorrectly you will be denied access to use it.
